Return policy

Returns
The policy lasts 30 days for physical items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds do not apply to the following digital goods including but not limited to gift cards, ebooks, and audiobooks as these are instant downloads. Please read or listen to a sample and choose your items carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

For all other refunds, please email Joanna.dzinks@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product. Please put the word "returns" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. If the item is damaged, you can choose a refund or we will resend your goods.
